ORDER OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR TEENS
Religious Education Registration is now underway.
Please register online or contact the rectory’s office at 973-595-8446.
The Religious Education program starts on Catechetical Sunday, September 15, beginning with Mass at 9:30 am followed by a mandatory parent \student meeting in St. Joseph Center.

Classes begin on Sunday, September 22 with Mass @ 9:30am, .followed by classes that end at 11:15 am

There is a two year preparation for the Sacrament of First Eucharist and a two year preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Once you have received the Sacrament of First Eucharist you are to continue your faith formation from year to year in preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Registration Fee per Family: $75 This fee is per family unit regardless of the number of children enrolled in our Religious Education Program. If you need financial assistance, please contact our pastor, Father George.
Children who have not been Baptized will begin classes of preparation in the O.C.I.C. PROGRAM which will prepare them for the Sacrament of Baptism. Confirmed and practicing Catholics in good standing in the Church are to be considered to be the Sponsors for those receiving the Sacrament of Baptism. Parents and Sponsors will need to prepare to have their children baptized by attending classes. Mass attendance is mandatory.
Our Faith needs to be practiced because you as parents are the first teachers of your children.

Documents needed for registration for all students are the following:
1. Copy of Birth Certificate (If your child is not yet baptized).
2. Copy of Baptismal Certificate (For those children already Baptized).
