Dear Parents and families,

If your son or daughter has received first Holy Communion, we  appeal to you to strongly encourage them to become altar servers at St. Gerard Majella Parish. It is an opportunity to be of service to others, to grow in respect and reverence for the things of God, and become attentive to Jesus speaking in their hearts.

The commitment involves wanting to be an example that can bring others closer to God but you will find it can also be a means to draw your family closer to each other.  Through you, it is Jesus who invites your family to hear his call and follow him – this applies to any walk in life.

Our first monthly meeting will take place on Sept. 10 at 4 PM in the Church. After that we will meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 4 PM.
